Returns & Refund Policy

30-Day Field Trial

You have 30 days from delivery to return an item for a refund. The item must be in usable, resalable condition (normal field testing is fine; abuse, modification, or missing parts is not) with all original components.

How to Start a Return

Email info@magrackllc.com with your order number. We'll send a return authorization and instructions. Once received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return Shipping

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived defective or we made an error, in which case we cover it.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange is to return the original for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number and we'll make it right at no cost.

Pre-Orders

Pre-orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before they ship. Once shipped, the 30-day trial applies.

Lifetime Guarantee

Separately, every MagRac carries a lifetime guarantee against manufacturing defects. See our Warranty page.

Non-Returnable

Gift cards and final-sale items are not eligible for return.
