The 30-Day Field Trial

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to return it for a full refund. Use it. Take it hunting. Normal field wear is expected and will not void your return — we only ask that the item comes back complete, with all original components, and not abused or modified.

Orders & Cancellations

MagRac mounts are built to order in Nevada. Your card is charged at checkout like any other order, and your order ships within the build time stated on the product page and at checkout — currently 4 to 6 weeks. Items marked in stock ship within 2 business days.

You can cancel any order for a full refund at any time before it ships. Email us and it's done, no questions asked.

If a build runs long. If we cannot ship your order within the stated 4–6 week window, we will notify you by email before that window ends, give you a revised shipping date, and offer you the choice to either wait for the new date or cancel for a full refund. If you cancel, we refund the full amount to your original payment method promptly — you never have to chase us for it.

Once your order ships, the 30-Day Field Trial begins on delivery.

How to Start a Return

1. Email info@magrackllc.com with your order number and a short note on why it's coming back — the feedback genuinely helps us build a better mount.
2. We'll reply with a return authorization and the shipping address.
3. Once the return arrives and is inspected, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return Shipping

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility for standard returns. If an item arrived damaged, defective, or we shipped the wrong thing, we cover shipping both ways.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll make it right at no cost to you — replacement or refund, your choice.

Exchanges

The fastest route is to return the original for a refund and place a new order for what you want. That way you're not waiting on our inspection queue before the replacement ships.

Lifetime Guarantee

Separate from returns, every MagRac product carries a lifetime guarantee against defects in materials and workmanship. That coverage doesn't expire at 30 days. See the Warranty & Guarantee page for details.

Non-Returnable Items

Gift cards and items marked final sale are not eligible for return.
