The Promise

If a MagRac mount ever fails you in the field because of a defect, we will repair or replace it. That is the whole promise, and there is no expiration date on it — every MagRac product is backed by a lifetime guarantee against defects in materials and workmanship.

What's Covered

• Defects in materials
• Defects in workmanship
• A mount that fails in normal field use because of one of the above

When that happens, we repair or replace the product.

What Isn't Covered

• Normal wear from use — the scuffs and finish marks that come from carrying gear in real country
• Cosmetic marks that don't affect how the product works
• Misuse, abuse, or modification
• Damage to your optics, camera, tripod, or other equipment

The 30-Day Field Trial

Separate from the guarantee, you have 30 days from delivery to make up your mind. Run it. If it doesn't earn its place in your pack, send it back for a refund — full details are in the Returns & Refund Policy.

How to Make a Claim

1. Email info@magrackllc.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.
2. We'll look at it and tell you whether to send the product in or whether we can ship a replacement straight out.
3. We repair or replace it and get it back to you.
