How to Reach Us

Email info@magrackllc.com. That is the one channel we run, and it is the fastest way to a real answer — we are a small shop in Nevada, and the person reading your message is the person who designed the mount.

Hours: Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm PT. We answer every email within 1–2 business days.

Order Questions

Include these and we can usually sort it in a single reply:

• Your order number
• The email address you ordered with, if it's different from the one you're writing from
• What you need — an address change, a cancellation, a status update, or a return
• For anything damaged or defective, a photo or two of the issue

MagRac mounts are built to order and ship in 4–6 weeks. Any order can be cancelled for a full refund at any time before it ships, and if a build is going to run past that window we will email you first and you can cancel then — see the Shipping Policy and Returns & Refund Policy for the details.

Fit & Compatibility Questions

These are the questions we get most, and they are easy to answer if you tell us two things:

• What optic you run — the make and model of the spotter, binos, or camera you want to mount
• What tripod head you run — the make and model, and whether it has an Arca-Swiss clamp

The Base mounts via an Arca-Swiss style dovetail into an Arca-Swiss clamp, so your head answers most of the question on its own. Send us those two details and we will tell you straight whether it works with your setup — including when it doesn't.

Warranty & Returns

The short version: 30 days from delivery to decide, and a lifetime guarantee against defects in materials and workmanship. The full terms are on the Warranty & Guarantee and Returns & Refund Policy pages.
