Shipping Policy

Build Time

MagRac mounts are built to order in Nevada. Built-to-order items ship within 4 to 6 weeks of your order. The build time is shown on the product page and at checkout, and orders are built and shipped in the order they were placed.

If we cannot ship your order within that window, we will email you before the window ends with a revised date, and you can either accept the new date or cancel for a full refund. See the Returns & Refund Policy.

Processing Time

Items marked in stock leave our shop within 1–2 business days of your order. You will get a tracking number by email as soon as the label is created.

If you order built-to-order and in-stock items together, the in-stock items may ship first at no extra cost to you.

Shipping Rates

• Free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $99
• Flat $6 standard shipping on U.S. orders under $99
• Expedited options are priced and shown at checkout

Delivery Estimates

Standard U.S. delivery typically arrives within 3–7 business days after dispatch. These are carrier estimates, not guarantees, and they can be affected by weather, holidays, and carrier delays outside our control.

Where We Ship

We currently ship within the United States only. If we open international shipping, any rates and duties will be calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Start with your tracking link — most packages marked as delayed are simply moving slowly through the carrier network. If a package looks genuinely lost or has been misdelivered, email info@magrackllc.com with your order number and we will open a trace with the carrier and see it through with you.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you catch a mistake, email us right away — if the order has not shipped yet, we can usually fix it.
