Products & Pricing

We strive for accuracy in product descriptions, specifications, and pricing (USD). Specifications such as weight, dimensions, and load figures are provided in good faith and may vary slightly due to manufacturing tolerances; published figures may be updated as field testing is completed. We may correct errors, limit quantities, and refuse or cancel orders, including after submission; cancelled paid orders are refunded.

Orders & Payment

Placing an order is an offer to purchase, accepted when we confirm or ship. You authorize us to charge your payment method for the total including tax and shipping. Pre-order items are charged at purchase and ship on the stated timeline.

Shipping, Returns & Warranty

Governed by our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy, and Warranty.

Intellectual Property

All site content — the MagRac name, logo, designs, text, and images — is owned by or licensed to MagRac LLC and may not be used without permission.

Acceptable Use & Safety

MagRac products are mounting accessories; you are responsible for using them safely and within their intended use, and for properly securing your optics and equipment.

Disclaimers & Liability

The site and products are provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. MagRac is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including damage to optics or equipment; our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the product at issue.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, and disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Nevada.
