By using magrac.com and purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the site.

Products & Pricing

We work hard to keep product descriptions, specifications, and pricing accurate. All prices are shown in U.S. dollars.

Specifications such as weight, dimensions, and load figures are provided in good faith and may vary slightly due to manufacturing tolerances; published figures may be updated as field testing is completed.

We may correct errors, limit quantities, and refuse or cancel orders, including after they have been submitted. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund it in full.

Orders & Payment

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. That offer is accepted when we confirm your order or ship it. By ordering, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the full total, including tax and shipping.

Pre-Orders

Pre-order items are charged at the time of purchase and ship on the timeline stated on the product page and at checkout — currently Fall 2026. A pre-order can be cancelled for a full refund at any time before it ships. See our Returns & Refund Policy for details.

Shipping, Returns & Warranty

These are governed by our Shipping Policy, Returns & Refund Policy, and Warranty & Guarantee, each of which forms part of these Terms.

Intellectual Property

All site content — the MagRac name, logo, designs, text, and images — is owned by or licensed to MagRac LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission.

Acceptable Use & Safety

MagRac products are mounting accessories. You are responsible for using them safely and within their intended use, and for properly securing your optics and equipment. Check your setup before you rely on it.

You also agree not to misuse the site itself — no attempting to breach its security, scrape it, or interfere with how it works for anyone else.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The site and products are provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. MagRac is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including damage to optics or equipment. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the product at issue.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot legally be waived.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, and disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Nevada.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continuing to use the site after that means you accept the revised Terms.
